Lévy Concentration of Metric Measure Manifolds

Abstract
Recently, M. Gromov [3] introduced several new geometric invariants for metric measure spaces to study the Lévy concentration theory [8][9]. Among the various geometric invariants is the so-called Expansion Distance. In this note, we shall study the expansion distance and its relations with other geometric quantities for smooth mm spaces — Finsler manifolds with a volume form.
