Abstract

What will you encounter if you dare to read on? First, based on my experience as an evaluator, I will share with you my assessment of the current state of affairs. This will lead to my identification and description of major problems that are currently limited our ability to solve social problems. Next, I will present my vision of an ideal state of affairs for program developers and evaluators to emulate in the new millennium.
