The four essays, "In Memory of Stavros Busenberg," "A Tribute to Stavros Busenberg: 1942 to 1993," "In Memoriam," and "A Mentor and Friend Remembered," are authored respectively by the four listed authors here. They are written in memory of Stavros Busenberg, a mathematical researcher and professor who passed away from Lou Gehrig's disease in 1993. A conference was held in his honor in 1994.
