Campus Only Senior Thesis
Bachelor of Arts
I create art for children because I believe that we can inspire the next generation to be more tolerant, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent. This can be done through storytelling. I focus on illustration and comic art because I think that it is universally understandable and more engaging to young readers. I want to connect with children and engage them in important conversations by approaching them in their world of paper dolls and fairy tales. Outlooks are learned, and visual storytelling is a key way of teaching.
