Abstract
Evolution of Island emerged from the depths of an ocean of blue paint. My process involves observation of nature: I remember scuba diving in Thailand in the Andaman Sea and having a spiritual experience underwater while observing Christmas-tree worms pop in and out of the coral.

Dominique Kongsli, (DOMKO) is a professional artist. Dominique is also a professor, and teaches visual and media arts at Central Oregon Community College. Dominique incorporates her values of spirituality, travel and love of nature, into her fine art. Dominique graduated from Pepperdine University (‘09) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from Claremont Graduate University (‘13) in Studio Art.
