The Research on the Status of Chinese Enterprise Annuity Development and Correspondent Countermeasures
Abstract
Chinese enterprise annuity development is backward and imperfect for the reason that the mass have inadequate understanding about the enterprise annuity, that the lack of relevant policies and rules has prevented staff members from arranging the enterprise annuity and that the investment and management of the enterprise annuity has not been marketized yet. This essay aims to put forward suggestions to promote the Chinese enterprise annuity by analyzing the current problems.
