Abstract
This thesis explores feminist collectives in Guadalajara, Mexico and the phenomenon of feminicide. Specifically analyzing street art and interventions such as marches, installations, murals, and graffiti, this thesis explores resistance forged through collective political action. In turn, their activism in public space empowers them to occupy and reclaim the streets and the city as women, artists, and feminists.
