If Sara Kapadia was not a human she would be a thylacine, an extinct creature made up of seemingly contrasting and fascinating parts. Sara is an artist, educator, yoga teacher, academic, and children's book writer who uses a transdisciplinary approach. Sara is of South Asian descent. Sara grew up on folktales from India and Bangladesh. With a Pakistani father, Bangladeshi mother, and Indian husband Sara is unsure who to support in cricket matches. Sara has a Bachelor’s from University of Cambridge, a Master’s from University of London, and a PhD from Claremont Graduate University. Sara is the founder and past editor of The STEAM Journal.
