Abstract
What does it mean to be a feminine queer man in America? Answers to this question take root in the experiences of childhood and early adulthood. After All That explores the notion that sentences are enough to answer this question. That sentences can embody the cosmo-explosion that is not only queer experiences, but human ones. The tale follows Fulgencio Jones, a young queer man struggling to etch his personhood against a backdrop of trauma and loss. However, queer bodies love and are loved, are more than the traumas they so often encounter. Despite his trials, Fulgencio is a full human being--loved by and loving family, a boyfriend, and friends.
