Abstract
Mia Lehrer, principal of Mia Lehrer & Associates, and consultant to the L.A. River Revitalization Master Plan, speaks of the “levels” and “systems” of Landscape Architecture as a profession and approaches to design of the “post-modern” L.A. River public parks and recreation areas.
